It started with a paper diary and my partner's dog wash van.
My partner runs a mobile dog wash. Every booking, every dog's quirks, every address, all of it lived in a paper diary on the passenger seat. It worked, until it didn't. A booking would get missed, a page would go missing, and an entire day's plan lived in one notebook that could fall out of the van.
I built Client Compass to take that diary and put it in her pocket. Not a generic booking system bolted on afterward, but something shaped around how a day on the road actually runs: who's next, how far away, what their dog needs, and what it cost her to get there.
Once it was solving that problem properly, it became obvious it didn't need to stop at dog washing.
